Milwaukee judge sentences man to 10 years for throwing acid on Latin man's face during racist, 'diabolical' attack

Clifton Blackwell, who's white, was caught on security camera throwing battery acid at Mahud Villalaz, a U.S. citizen who was born in Peru. The judge called his behavior "diabolical."
